- Coaching session information — notes and information discussed during 1:1 phone or video coaching calls.
- Free guide access — your email address when you download the FIFO Fast Start free guide or subscribe to communications.
- Website usage data — standard analytics data collected automatically via Shopify.
- Deliver the product or service you have purchased (resume rewrites, PDF guides, coaching calls)
- Communicate with you about your order, service delivery, or enquiry
- Send you relevant updates or promotional content (you may unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve our products and services
- Comply with our legal obligations
When you provide your resume or personal career documents, these are used solely to complete the service you have purchased. Your documents are handled confidentially and are not shared with employers, recruiters, or any third party without your explicit consent. We delete documents upon your request or within a reasonable period after service completion.
- Shopify — e-commerce platform that processes payments and stores order data
- Klaviyo — email marketing platform used to deliver guides and communications
- Shopify Payments / Stripe — payment processing (we do not store full card details)

By purchasing from or using the website fifoblueprint.net, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
The FIFO Blueprint offers the following services and products:
- Digital guides (PDF) — information products delivered electronically
- Resume rewrite service — a professional rewrite of your resume tailored for mining and FIFO roles
- 1:1 coaching calls — personalised career strategy sessions conducted by phone or video
- VIP package — a bundled service including guide, resume, coaching, and industry contacts
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable GST. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or Stripe at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
Due to the nature of digital and service-based products, the following refund conditions apply:
- PDF guides — no refunds once the file has been downloaded or accessed, as this constitutes delivery of the product.
- Resume rewrite — no refunds once work has commenced. One round of revisions is included. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will work to make it right.
- Coaching calls — no refunds once the call has taken place. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice.
- Packages — refunds on undelivered portions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- PDF guides — delivered immediately via email or download link upon purchase.
- Resume rewrites — delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving your documents, unless otherwise agreed.
- Coaching calls — scheduled via email after purchase. We will be in touch within 1–2 business days.
- Provide accurate and complete information (resume, work history, contact details)
- Respond to our communications in a timely manner
- Not share, resell, or distribute any purchased content to third parties
- Use all information provided for your own personal career development only
All content produced by The FIFO Blueprint — including guides, templates, written materials, and website content — remains our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any of our content without written permission.
The information and services provided by The FIFO Blueprint are based on personal experience in the FIFO industry. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, the job market, and factors outside our control. Our services are designed to improve your positioning — final hiring decisions rest with employers and recruiters.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
